How to choose the best printer model
A short guide to ArTer models — which printer suits you best depending on your items, formats and volumes.
Choosing a model comes down to three things: what you print, how big your items are, and the volumes you work in. Let’s go through them in order.
By item height and type
- C10 — a reliable and simple model for items 0–12 cm high. An excellent “first printer”: gingerbread, cookies, cupcakes, medium-height cakes.
- C15N — fully automatic, items up to 15 cm, table adjusted by laser. When speed and convenience matter.
- C15WiFi — the same as the C15N, plus printing straight from a smartphone over WiFi and a built-in scanner.
- E15A3 — wide printing format 30×45 cm, quality up to 9600 dpi. For large cakes and big print runs.
By production volume
If you print a lot of small batch items (macarons, gingerbread, lollipops), the cost per print is minimal on any model, while speed increases from the C10 to the E15A3. You can work out the exact figures for your items in the calculator.
In short
- Need a simple, reliable start with no strict space constraints → C10
- Automation and height up to 15 cm, compactness and a stylish look matter → C15N
- Want to print from a smartphone → C15WiFi
- Large format (up to 30×45 cm) and big print runs → E15A3
- Need to print even faster and in even larger sizes — take a look at the E15NA2 model, or order a printer from us with the specifications you need.
